• Contact & Account Information: Kept during your relationship with us plus up to 2 years after.

• Usage & Analytics Data: Identifiable data kept up to 2 years; aggregated/anonymized data may be retained longer for analytics.
• Marketing Information: Kept until you opt out; opt-out records may be kept indefinitely to honor your preferences.
• Artwork & Client Files: Kept for order fulfillment plus up to 1 year to support quality control, reorders, or customer needs (unless otherwise requested or required by law). Client artwork is used solely for fulfillment and internal operational purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

When retention periods end, we securely delete or anonymize data so it can no longer be tied to an identifiable person.

Deletion methods may include overwriting, de-identification, or physical destruction of storage media, consistent with industry standards.

If you request deletion of your personal information under applicable privacy laws, we will honor the request subject to legal exceptions — for example, where we must retain records for compliance, contractual obligations, or legal claims.
