Terms and Conditions

Welcome to U-BRANDiT. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order, submitting artwork, approving proofs, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

U-BRANDiT operates as a business-to-business custom apparel and branding provider. All products are custom made-to-order.

U-BRANDiT provides custom printing and branding services, including but not limited to:

• Screen Printing
• Embroidery
• Sublimation
• Direct-to-Garment (DTG)
• Direct-to-Film (DTF)
• Cut & Sew
• Laser Engraving
• Pad Printing

All services are subject to material availability, production capacity, and feasibility. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders are not confirmed until written approval is provided by U-BRANDiT.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving:

• Artwork and design layout
• Spelling and grammar
• Colors, placement, and sizing
• Quantities, pricing, and timelines

Approval of a proof, mockup, or order confirmation constitutes final acceptance. Once approved, changes may result in additional fees and production delays.

• All pricing is in U.S. dollars
• A minimum 50% deposit is required to begin production
• Remaining balance is due before shipment or delivery
• Orders requiring material sourcing must be prepaid in full

All custom orders are non-refundable.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks or payment disputes for custom orders are not permitted without prior written dispute resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional fees and collection efforts.

Client-Supplied Materials

Clients supplying their own garments or materials must provide at least 10% overage. U-BRANDiT is not responsible for defects, shortages, or incompatibility of client-supplied items. Unused materials are not guaranteed to be returned unless requested in writing prior to production.

U-BRANDiT-Supplied Materials

Materials sourced by U-BRANDiT must be prepaid. Ownership transfers upon full payment and completion of services.

Artwork must be print-ready and meet the following requirements:

• Accepted formats: AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, PDF, JPG
• Raster images: minimum 300 DPI
• Bleeds: minimum 0.125 inches

Important Notes:

• Colors shown on digital proofs may vary from final production
• U-BRANDiT is not responsible for spelling or design errors after proof approval
• Production begins only after written approval

Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supply chain issues, equipment maintenance, force majeure events, or client-related delays.

Shipping is FOB Origin. Risk of loss transfers to the client once the order is handed to the carrier. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping insurance is recommended for high-value orders.

Due to the nature of custom production, final quantities may vary by ±8%.

• Overages may be billed at the per-unit rate
• No refunds for underages within the allowance

This variance is standard and accepted by the client.

• Orders may be canceled before production with a cancellation fee of up to 25%
• Once production begins, orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable
• Returns are accepted only for defects caused by U-BRANDiT and must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Care Disclaimer

Normal wear, fading, cracking, or peeling over time is not considered a defect. Improper washing, drying, ironing, or misuse voids any warranty.

U-BRANDiT warrants services will be performed in a workmanlike manner for 30 days from delivery. All other products and services are provided “as is.”

U-BRANDiT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless U-BRANDiT from claims arising from:

• Client-provided artwork or materials
• Intellectual property infringement
• Misuse of products
• Violation of these Terms

Upon full payment, clients own the physical finished products only. U-BRANDiT retains ownership of all production methods, templates, proofs, separations, and internal processes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless you opt out in writing prior to production, U-BRANDiT may display completed work for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes without disclosing confidential information.

U-BRANDiT is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Harris County, Texas.

• Electronic approvals and online checkout are legally binding
• These Terms represent the entire agreement
• Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder
• Certain sections survive termination
• Client data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
